Dishes range from hot and cold mezze, grills and shawarma wraps to Palestinian salads, sambousek, various fatayer, marinated cutlets of lamb and mousakaat batinjan - a dish of fried aubergines baked with tomato, onion, chickpeas, green chilli and red peppers.
